Business meetings are held twice a month, the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, at 8:00 pm.
HBC (Home Building Committee) meetings are held once a month on the 3rd Tuesday, at 7:00pm.

Brother Knights, 

As mentioned  by the Grand Knight at our last meeting. the Supreme Council’s policy is that all councils using Home Corporation facilities must have agreements in place between the council and the Home Corporation .  (see Appendix A)

As such there will be a vote at the next business meeting to adopt a motion [Appendix E] that authorizes the grand knight or deputy grand knight to enter into the agreements with the Home Corporation [Appendix F and Appendix G] on behalf of the members of the council.
